This year Snow celebrations are organized in two places at two different dates as follows:

Snow celebrations at Vartop-Nucet (Bihar) will take place February 10 to 12 weekends in the parking lot behind the ski-lift, this is the second edition.

Zapeziii celebrations at Vartop-Arieseni (Alba) will take place 17-19 February at the slope Vartop I, this is the seventh edition.

Both events will be, as in previous years concerts, camp fires, mulled wine, contests and camp fires.

Arieseni ski - where skiing in Arieseni?

In and around Arieseni find many places for skiing and by this I mean both the gentle slopes for those who toe boots for the first time and in part arranged with varying degrees of difficulty. Also for lovers of skiing there are many possible routes touring, affordable especially people who know the area.

For those who want to learn to ski at ski school there Vartop with both ski instructors and snowboard.

I Vartop ski is the oldest in Arieseni and of course the most famous, with a length of 1000 meters and is equipped with lifts and lighting.

Vartop ski II is part of a length of 430 meters, equipped with white light illumination. It is excellent for advanced skiers, especially beginners as there is a ski school.

The "Stone telling" Vartop-Nucet have 2 versions of red and black descent and is served by a lift with a length of 1095 meters which can climb 1,400 skiers per hour.

These three trails are located nearby, although in two different counties. So you can go from one to another and choose the one that you like best. Each of them is illuminated and equipped with ratrac to winter sports in the best conditions.

Slope above the Guard is not yet completed. It will also be equipped with lifts.

Slopes will be open as soon as the snow will be enough.

• I Vartop slope: length 800 meters, 220 meters difference of nocturnal lights equipped with orange
• Vartop Partia II: length 430 meters, 105 meters difference in level, equipped with white lights at night - close to natural light
